This forested and grassy site has five campsites and a small boat launch situated near Torkelson Lake, campsites are set back from the lake and not on the lake shore. The site has abundant, lush understory and wildlife. A popular site for anglers and hunters in the fall. Access road to the site can be rough with muddy/pothole sections that may not be suitable for RV's/trailers. The road is often busy with logging traffic, a VHF radio with Resource Road channels is recommended for travel here. The site is user maintained, please pack out what you pack in!

Driving Directions
From Smithers, follow Highway 16 east to Babine Lake Road. Follow Babine Lake Road for approx. 54 km to the Nilkitkwa Rd. Follow the Nilkitkwa Road north for 18 km and turn left or west onto the 418 Road and follow it for approx. 1.2 km to a turn off on your left where you will find the site 400 meters down the road near the lake.
