Willard Lake

This is a low elevation DAY USE ONLY recreation site located in open grass rangeland.

There are no facilities other than two outhouses (across the road).

DAY USE ONLY - NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING. Camping is permitted at nearby Barnes Lake Recreation Site.

Please use the site responsibly. As per the Forest Recreation Regulations;All dogs must be on a leash at all times (for all Kamloops Recreation Sites).

From Ashcroft, travel along Hwy 97C towards Logan Lake. The highway switchbacks and climbs steeply as you leave Ashcroft. Approximately 9 km from the bridge in Ashcroft, turn north (left) onto Barnes Lake Road. Travel for approximately 1 km to arrive at the lake. Travelling another 1 km you will arrive at Barnes Lake Recreation Site (http://www.sitesandtrailsbc.ca/search/search-result.aspx?site=REC1701&districtCode=RDKA&type=Site).
